It's good - great build quality etc, but very much a squash to get the hottap v2 with pipes etc in there. I was worried I was going to bust the unit or the zip in trying to close it. Was it designed for the v2? My email address for feedback is nick.winter@gallagher.com

It is great for what it is designed for - practical. Durability? - only time and the way we treat it will tell . Only sorry we had not waited and bought the MK2 kit with the sink storage. Maybe Joolca will have a competition for existing owners to win one for referring friends to buy Joolca products??.
Perfect fit and excellent quality
A tight squeeze for the hottap calefonte with pump and accessories. I'm finding the print lableling on hottap is smudging against the grey liner.

The bag is awesome I had my hottap in a plastic co Rainer twice the size of the bag now it all fits in the bag nicely and takes up minimal room in my camper trailer it was one of the best buy so far
I'm impressed with this tough well padded bag to protect the main unit, wish it was much bigger so the Hottap outing and extra accessories could all fit as well.
The bag itself appears to be a quality, sturdy product. I did get caught out however, as I assumed everything would fit into the bag... It seems if the HOTTAP OUTING package is chosen, it won’t fit into the bag as the OUTING package includes extra items. Apart from this, it’s great.
